The hotel's central location in Hanoi's old town allowed us to easily explore the authentic surroundings, with plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the stunning views from the restaurant on the top floor, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of Asian and Western options. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us, including helping us book a last-minute tour. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

The hotel does not have a pool for guests to cool off and relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist me during my stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this place. The room was small, but extremely comfortable and cozy, with a comfortable king-size bed and all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I had a great experience here.

Nice staff and good restaurant with a variety of options. The location is convenient and there is a great spa. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The bathroom in the room was extremely dangerous. The bathtub is significantly elevated and there are no handles available in the shower. I almost fell multiple times and could have been seriously hurt. Also, the lack of view from the room was very disappointing.
