Convenient location near historic center and lake. Small, cozy, and friendly with delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy to store luggage. Good laundry service. Worth recommending for a stay in the city!

The hotel's location is ideal, being just adjacent to the cathedral and in the heart of the city center. It offers easy access to all major attractions as well as Hanoi's exciting nightlife. The rooms are well-decorated and charming, with comfortable beds and linens. The staff is friendly and always eager to help with recommendations for trips and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of dishes and drinks.

The shower facilities could be improved, as some guests complained about the lack of a separate stall and a shower head that didn't work properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist center of Hanoi on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going so far as to teach me some Vietnamese phrases. They were also able to assist with organizing trips and tickets for me. The highlight of my stay was the New Year party they threw for all the hotel guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the staff was polite and attentive. the hotel's location was also great for our business trip needs, as we were able to easily access key locations in the city.

The noise level at night was quite high, with loud music and street noise preventing us from getting a good night's sleep.
