We stayed at Citadines for a week on a family trip. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace with island views. the two pools, indoor and outdoor, were a hit, especially for morning swimmers. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and dining at Soul in Bowl and On the Rocks was a delight - delicious food and great service. A gem of a hotel with fantastic value for money!

the hotel's beautiful design and excellent facilities, such as the indoor pool and yoga studio, provided relaxation for both me and my 18-month-old baby. the breathtaking views of Halong Bay added to the experience. the staff's friendliness and the delicious breakfast made our stay memorable. the proximity to landmarks like the Beach Fire and Bai Chay Beach enhanced our family bonding time, making this trip truly special.

I had a great stay at Citadines Marina Halong. The spacious rooms were perfect for working and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and the fitness center was top-notch. The location was convenient, with a new marina being built in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

One minor drawback was the firmness of the beds, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Additionally, there were no ATMs close by, so having cash on hand was necessary.

This hotel is perfect for a luxurious getaway with exclusive amenities like a rooftop pool and private facilities. the staff were extremely friendly and fulfilled all of our needs. the restaurant served amazing food and the views were breathtaking. the location advantages were also great- close to international ports and local food streets with great seafood.

We had a minor issue at checkout when the room cleaning staff counted the mugs and claimed that one was missing. the front desk staff investigated internally and resolved the issue professionally.

We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop bar and the entertainment section was a great place to relax. there was a small convenience store nearby which was handy for buying snacks and drinks.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to our expectations and we experienced some unpleasant odours in our room. the breakfast options were limited for those who have dietary restrictions and we found the coffee to be not to our taste.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is located in the center of town, close to the harbor for the Ha Long cruise, although not within walking distance. It is also near the beach side, providing a convenient location for leisure activities. The staff are welcoming and went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The design and decor of the hotel are well done, creating a pleasant ambiance. There are two restaurants with extremely good food, and the breakfast options are satisfying. The hotel offers vast space to work and relax, and the fitness center is top-notch. The views from the balcony are impressive, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings.

Some guests reported noise issues during their stay due to ongoing construction nearby.
