I had an incredible stay at this hostel. The room was spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. The shower had good pressure and the toiletries were in dispensers, not tiny packets. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and a working air conditioner. I appreciated the convenient amenities like the kettle and blow dryer in the room, as well as the varying brightness of the lights. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, helping me contact an Uber and offering helpful advice. Plus, the free drinking water in the kitchen was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at City Backpackers in Ho Chi Minh City for 3 days while I was exploring the Mekong Delta. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms, although slightly small, were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect - close to the backpacker area but still in a quiet spot. The hotel provided all the basics that solo travelers need, including excellent wifi and hot water. The breakfast was filling and included a selection of fruits. an excellent place to stay in the city.

We had a great stay at City Backpackers. the location was ideal, close to the backpacker's area and within walking distance of other food options. the deluxe balcony room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast options at the 1st floor area were plentiful, with 8 choices available. Despite being located near a roundabout, we were pleasantly surprised that the noise wasn't noticeable. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and organizing tours at affordable prices. it was a fantastic value for money and we highly recommend staying here.
