We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walk from the train station and conveniently located near a convenience store. Another great aspect was the friendly and accommodating staff, always willing to help with whatever we needed.

The room was quite small for our family and we had barely enough space for our luggage. even though the room was clean, it could have used some updating, and the lack of a view was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant at the hotel offers a lovely dining experience with delicious food. the hotel's location allows for easy access to Halong Bay, which is only a 2-hour drive away.

The hotel lacked nearby dining options and required a 20-30 minute walk to reach the Old Quarter.
