I recently stayed at Cozy Son Hotel for 2 nights and had a perfect experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, despite their limited English skills. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious omelettes and fresh fruits. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk to Tom Coc center and the boat ride. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was incredibly spacious and by far the cleanest we have experienced in all of South East Asia. The balcony with chairs and a table was a lovely touch, as was the big and clean bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were amazingly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, even arranging our transfer to Cat Ba for a great price and providing water and pineapple for the journey. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette. The location was convenient, with a short walk or bike ride to the main street of Tam Coc and an easy cycle to Trang An and Mui Cave. we highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was situated in a bustling area, with many cafes and shops around. the staff were friendly and accommodating, they even helped us with our luggage. the room itself was spacious and clean. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fast Wi-Fi connection. the hotel had a gym and a pool, which was nice, and the price was reasonable.

We had a problem with the noise level. We were on the second floor and could hear the traffic and people outside all night long.

It was probably the best room I've ever stayed in within this price range. the hotel owner and her sons were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they had good English skills. the breakfast provided was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the room and bathroom were perfectly clean, in fact it was the cleanest room I've stayed in. the hotel's location was also great for exploring the area of Ninh Binh. I highly recommend this accommodation for its perfect room and service at an affordable price.

The owner, Tham, was particularly welcoming and kind. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, without the noise and commotion of the town center. I also appreciated the flexibility of early check-in and the generosity of allowing a late check-out for no additional fee.
