This place is located in a different bay with many boats, offering a unique and picturesque location for a peaceful getaway. The service here was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, a balcony, and a cozy sitting area. The in-room safe provided added security, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that served delicious breakfast. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The location of the cruise allowed us to visit more secluded areas which were very peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom. The tour guide was friendly and the activities organized by the cruise were enjoyable. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and we had a great view during the cruise.

The staff did not provide any assistance when we needed help to return to the port.

I recently stayed at a cruise in Ha Long Bay and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Cristina Diamond Cruise were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The boat itself was clean and well-maintained, with great rooms and amenities. The food provided was delicious, and the atmosphere on board was enjoyable. We also had the opportunity to meet many interesting people during our two nights there. The highlight of the trip was exploring the beautiful and majestic Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, even on misty weather. Despite the touristy nature of the area with many boats, the overall trip was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Cristina Diamond Cruise for an amazing cruise experience.

The views from the boat were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was a truly magical experience to witness the beauty of nature while cruising through the calm waters.

The food on the boat was subpar. There were hygiene issues and some of the dishes did not taste fresh.

The boat provided spacious rooms with comfortable double beds, modern shower units, and spacious bathrooms. Each room had a large balcony, and the air conditioning worked well. The dining area was nice, and the food was decent and plentiful. There was a large, well-appointed top deck for viewing, although it could use a bit more shade. The second day of the tour to more secluded areas, kayaking around caves, and visiting the beach was particularly enjoyable.

We loved that there were only a few boats around at night, creating a more peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a beautiful bay view, and all the necessary amenities provided. The dining experience was also great, with delicious seafood options and other choices for those who didn't eat seafood. the service and facilities exceeded our expectations.

The activities offered at the hotel were enjoyable, including kayaking, tai chi, and visiting caves and pearl houses. The cabins were clean with excellent bathroom facilities. The pickup service was convenient, with wifi available on the bus. The food, although average, was plentiful, and the scenery was beautiful. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel.

The highlight of our trip was definitely the second day, where we got to explore more secluded areas and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. Kayaking around caves and stopping at the beach was an amazing adventure, made even better by the great weather we had. The views at sunrise and sunset were absolutely spectacular, especially on the sunny day. Tom, our tour guide, was incredibly helpful throughout the cruise and even assisted us with transportation after. it was a lovely and romantic getaway, filled with beautiful sights and new friends.
