During my business trip to Phu Quoc, my director selected Crowne Plaza for our accommodation, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. the awesome beach was a highlight, with clean sand and inviting waters for a refreshing swim. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. I also enjoyed treating myself to a rejuvenating massage at the onsite spa and taking a relaxing dip in one of the two outdoor swimming pools. the hotel is truly the perfect place to soak up the sun and unwind in a tranquil setting.

com led to a minor issue during check-in, where there was confusion about the inclusion of dinner for children in our reservation.

The hotel's infrastructure was impressive, with beautiful gardens and footpaths leading up to the beach. the breakfast buffet served a generous variety of dishes, to please every taste bud, and the staff were polite and cheerful, making one feel welcome. the premium ocean view room offered a breathtaking view from the balcony, which I loved.

The food was not overly impressive, and some dishes were expensive but lacking in taste quality. the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle, but it didn't meet our expectations since we had to pay an additional cost.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located just next to the beach. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and provided all the necessary facilities, while the open bathroom added a touch of luxury. The helpful and friendly staff ensured that our needs were met, and the delicious breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to the shops at Grand World, allowing for convenient shopping during our stay.

We did notice some construction debris on the beach, which was a minor inconvenience during our otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfy, the pool and beach were stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff, especially Lan and YuiYe, provided excellent service and created a friendly atmosphere. The hotel is child-friendly and the gym is well-equipped. a nice and relaxing experience.

This hotel offered luxurious amenities and fulfilled our desires for relaxation. the spacious rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. Easy beach access with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a variety of entertainment options are available. We enjoyed the pool with a soothing massage provided by the professional and friendly staff at the Spa & Wellness Centre. the Infinity pool and garden provided a perfect sun terrace for relaxation. the restaurant offered delicious food with special menus for different dietary needs and the in-room breakfast was perfect for lazy mornings.

There was only one minor issue while we stayed at this venue. There were slight delays in room service.
