I had a great stay at this hotel near the beach. The location was perfect, really close to the sea. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and had all necessary appliances.

Some minor improvements needed.

Right by the beach, Dana Residence offers a prime location for those wanting to be close to the sea. The spacious rooms are well-maintained and come with modern amenities like a kitchen and washing machine. The comfortable beddings ensure a restful sleep, and the property manager, Manh, is helpful and friendly. the rooftop pool provides a beautiful spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Communication with the staff can be challenging due to their limited English proficiency.

Spent xmas at a hotel in Vietnam. the room was spacious and had a big, comfortable bed. the rooftop pool was stunning and had amazing views of the surrounding area. Location was close to lots of things to see and do, including many great restaurants and shops.

The building had a lot of construction going on around it, which was quite noisy and distracting. the staff didn't speak very good English, which made it difficult to communicate our needs.
