We have had an incredible experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is superb, nestled in the heart of a bustling business district but still within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff here are truly exceptional, going above and beyond to provide friendly and efficient service. The breakfast spread is a delight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the well-maintained facilities such as the sauna and jacuzzi. This place is truly a gem and we highly recommend it to all our friends.

Noisy location, traffic noise and late night Vietnamese karaoke. Air conditioner not powerful enough and no non-smoking rooms available.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, not too far from the bustling Old City but still peaceful. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with beautiful hardwood finishes. The complimentary bowl of fruit was a nice touch, and the windows were so well-insulated that I couldn't hear any street noise. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of options including delicious Vietnamese dishes. The hotel's restaurant also served authentic local cuisine. I had a great experience at De Syloia Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
