We had a great experience at the hotel. the staff at Diamond Bay were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a room with a high view from the balcony. the gym was the best I've ever seen, equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym equipment. We also enjoyed the pool area and found it to be very nice. the hotel is conveniently located next to the beach, with a coffee shop, KFC & Texas Chicken, and a Lotte supermarket on the ground floor. we highly recommend this 5-star hotel, which exceeded our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located across the road from the beach. The spacious and modern room had amazing facilities and a beautiful view of the ocean. The friendly staff provided excellent service, even ordering a doctor and staying to translate when we were ill. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed us easy access to the main areas in town and surrounding eateries.

Some guests mentioned that the breakfast could have been better.

The location of Diamond Bay was ideal for exploring the town, with stunning views of the town from our spacious room. The beach area was lovely and the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. Our weekend stay was so enjoyable! the hotel had a spacious and modern room, with huge facilities. the location of the hotel was very convenient, just a few steps away from the beach and the surrounding restaurants were great. the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the tour guide and bell boy. We enjoyed the large choice of breakfast, with both local and western options.

The restaurant staff were not the friendliest and the communication between the hotel and the shared gym could be improved. the noise from the rooftop bar was a bit disruptive and we could hear some conversations from our neighboring rooms.

Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Free access to a world-famous gym on the 4th floor. Prime location near the bus station for easy airport transfers.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, as it was close to many popular tourist attractions. the staff were very attentive and provided exclusive amenities like a private BBQ facility and karaoke room. the outdoor swimming pool was very refreshing and had a great view.

The room service was a bit slow and the food was not as tasty as we had expected. it was a minor issue compared to the overall luxurious experience we had at this venue.
