Our stay at El Ocaso was fantastic! The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of dining options. The staff at the hotel were always available at reception, and they were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They even helped us switch rooms when we needed to. The hotel itself was very clean, and we enjoyed all the facilities, including the balcony and the free laundry service. The rooms were new and clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The food from room service was delicious, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. our experience at El Ocaso Hotel And Apartments was great, and we will definitely be returning in the spring!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location with shops in walking distance. The staff at reception were available 24/7 and went above and beyond to help me switch rooms when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of dining options and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the amenities provided, such as shower gel and a fan, made my stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient experience.
