As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location in the old quarter, making it easy to explore and get around. The room size was good and provided great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods. Despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet.

I gotta say, Mad Monkey in the old district was definitely worth the money. The room was comfy, clean, and had a bangin' hot shower. Plus, the staff, especially Janna and Julia, were hella friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The location was on point, surrounded by tons of places to eat, drink, and shop. And shoutout to the 24/7 front desk and good wifi!

Breakfast offerings could use a little boost, maybe add more options to kickstart the day. But overall, no major complaints.

The airport bus drops you off just a short 3-minute walk away, making it super convenient for travelers. We loved experiencing the late-night street life just outside the hotel. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like some noise from neighboring units and a few broken bathroom fixtures, the overall value for money was great. We would definitely return to Mad Monkey Hanoi for its perfect location and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this cozy and modern hotel in the heart of Hanoi Old Town. The receptionists, Joanna and Julie, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They spoke great English and took care of every detail during my stay. The room and bathroom were always clean, and the breakfast served on the top floor was delicious. The location was perfect, right in the center of the Old Town, allowing me to easily explore and experience the atmosphere of the area. Mad Monkey definitely exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money.

The Mad Monkey in Hanoi was a great choice for my stay. The room was small but clean and had good air conditioning. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who helped me with tours and transport. The location was perfect, with Hoan Kiem Lake and the post office just a short walk away. There were also great restaurants nearby and an ATM conveniently located. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.
