Great location near waterfront and Dragon bridge. Room was comfortable with breakfast buffet offering delicious local specialties. Wide variety of dining options and night activities nearby. Friendly and efficient staff provided excellent service.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near the river and the location proved to be fantastic. Countless options for dining and entertainment were minutes away on foot. the scenery was beautiful, being able to watch the boats sail by with the glittering skyline at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and the room was comfortable and clean.

My airport pickup was scheduled and confirmed through email, but upon arrival there was no driver in sight. After finally getting in touch with someone at the hotel, I was informed that the pickup service had been cancelled without any notification.

The staff went above and beyond to make my Christmas stay memorable. They surprised me with a beautifully decorated room and a festive welcome fruit basket. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants in the city. the lobby's modern interior created a welcoming atmosphere that I truly enjoyed.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The air conditioning in my room didn't provide enough cool air, making it slightly uncomfortable at times.

The hotel had a beautiful modern yet rustic feel, with antiques that added character. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the great location in the city. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we experienced in Vietnam, with a wide variety of choices. The hardworking porter Danny, as well as the friendly receptionists Rose and Daisy, made our stay pleasant and happy. The rooms were very good, and the bathroom, especially the rainshower, was impressive. The breakfast area was unique and interesting, with the owner's collection of old cars and radios.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast at Dong Duong Hotel & Suites was absolutely delightful. I couldn't resist the crunchy French loaf bread and the marvellous fragrance of Vietnamese coffee. The variety of choices made it a fantastic start to my day. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with a beautiful riverfront view and many restaurants and bars nearby. And I must mention the exceptional assistance provided by Alisa, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars surrounding the area. We enjoyed exploring the city on foot, as everything was within walking distance. The front office staff, including the bellhop and Security Officer, were extremely efficient and friendly. One staff member in particular, Alisa, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She provided us with valuable information about the city, booked tour trips for us, and even helped us with directions and restaurant recommendations. We were truly impressed by her exceptional service.
