The location of the hotel is great, with tiny cafes and shops all around, offering a variety of flavors from across Vietnam. The hotel also offers activities like kayaking and traditional boat rides, giving guests a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. The room is excellent, with a spacious balcony providing a stunning view of the bay. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all needs are catered to. Breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented, offering a range of options to suit different tastes. a fantastic experience!

One negative aspect is that the boat stayed close to the entrance of the bay, surrounded by other boats in touristy spots, which may take away from the feeling of tranquility and isolation.

The day trips were well planned and exceeded our expectations. We had a blast cycling, kayaking, swimming, and exploring caves. The staff, especially Dat the Cruise Manager, were so kind and helpful, ensuring that we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with a great mix of western and Vietnamese dishes. We highly recommend the 3d/2n tour to fully enjoy a day on Doris. The transfer from Hanoi was also comfortable and hassle-free. From start to finish, our trip with Doris Cruise was exceptional and we couldn't be happier!

The only drawback we noticed was the excessive use of single-use plastic water bottles during the cruise. It would be great if Doris Cruise provided refillable metal bottles to align with their no plastic policy and help protect the environment.

I had an amazing experience on the cruise. the staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and the tour guide was great. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. the highlight was definitely the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay. I highly recommend Doris Cruise to other travelers. the cruise was also very economical, making it a great choice.

As a family who values local culture and sights, we typically opt for land-based travel. However, our stay on the smaller-sized cruise ship in Lan Ha Bay was truly exceptional. Manager Bruce and his team were outstanding hosts, ensuring a fantastic experience from start to finish. The modern, clean, and comfortable rooms were perfect for our family, and the food options for our vegan diet were delightful. The kayaking and exploring the natural beauty of the bay were standout experiences. it was a pricey but completely worth it excursion, leaving us with incredible memories and a desire to return.

We stayed in a spacious suite with a full bath and a large balcony area. The room had panoramic windows which provided breathtaking views of the stunning surroundings. The staff were friendly and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. The variety of food offered for breakfast was impressive. One of the highlights of our trip was the opportunity to visit charming islands and a fishing community, which are not typically included in the one-night cruise. the small tanks with large fish on the aft landing deck added an extra element of enjoyment to our experience.

There was some issue with the cleanliness of the jacuzzi, which prevented us from using it.

The ship was perfect. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom, beautiful room. Amazing staff, especially the cruise manager. Enjoyed activities like kayaking. Perfect food. Spectacular location.

Despite a couple of flaws, I had a great Thanksgiving vacation. the complimentary drinks and massages were nice gestures. the location was amazing, the water so blue and the views breathtaking. I also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the room, perfect for cuddling with a loved one.

The wait staff was friendly but sometimes a bit clumsy, spilling drinks or getting orders wrong. Not a deal-breaker, but it detracted from the experience.

Travelling for our honeymoon, we had an amazing time at this hotel. The layout and trip itinerary were perfect, and the staff went above and beyond in every aspect. From the beautiful rose petals and swan bed in our room to the fresh fruit platters, everything was exceptional. The crew spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The facilities were clean, the process was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Luxurious amenities were fulfilled for a perfect stay at this hotel. the service was exceptional, and the staff was careful to attend to guests' needs. I enjoyed the full body massage and the exclusive facilities in the room. the location advantage is unbeatable with easy access to the sun terrace and the beach umbrellas.

The entertainment options were limited, and there was no music played in the leisure or TV room. I wished for some live music or karaoke to add more fun to the stay, which is a minor issue compared to the overall fantastic experience.

We had an amazing time at Doris Cruise, staying for 2 nights. The staff, food, and activities were all top-notch. The landscape was stunning and we especially loved kayaking and fishing for squids. The massage service was incredible and the room was beautiful and clean with a private balcony to enjoy the magic of the bay.
