Location was decent as it was near the beach and had beautiful pools. the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast had plenty of options and there was free water and sodas restocked daily.

There was a lack of hygiene with reports of a rodent in the room and dirty pool. the staff had communication issues and some were rude or unprofessional.

Convenient location, close to airport and resort had everything needed. Impressive customer service, issue resolved promptly with partial refund given. Spacious room, comfortable mattress and pillow. Good TV channels and effective air conditioning. Beautiful gardens, stunning sea views, and private pool option. Varied dining options and multiple swimming pools.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. From the stunning outdoor swimming pool and beautiful garden area to the relaxing spa centre, we felt truly pampered during our stay. the restaurant served up delicious dishes and a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Our room had private facilities and a beautiful view, and we enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace with its comfortable sun loungers. this hotel surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited options for in-room dining, but this was easily resolved by taking advantage of the restaurant and snack bar options available. the location was peaceful and serene, but it was a bit further from other attractions in the area.
