We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. They even arranged our train tickets and had someone personally escort us to the station. The hotel itself was cozy and clean, and the location was perfect in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to many attractions and the beautiful lake.

The hotel has a great location, just a short distance from the center of the city. It is close to public transportation, with the bus stop to the airport conveniently nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The breakfast menu offers a variety of delicious options. the hotel offers amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a helpful map of the area.

They were able to accommodate our request for a room with a window after a two-hour wait.

We really got great value for our money at Eclipse Legend. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we even had a balcony to enjoy. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of the old quarter and city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their English skills were impressive. They gave us a map and great recommendations for places to visit and even helped us book a trip to Halong Bay. All in all, a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The food for breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Great location to visit museums and walk around the city. Easy access to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. the staff was helpful in finding a bicycle rental nearby.

The rooms were unremarkable and had an awkward configuration in the washrooms. the staff was pushy in trying to sell additional tours outside of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Eclipse Legend and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I arrived, I was given a room that was not to my liking, but Anna quickly arranged for me to be moved to a much better room. The staff also provided excellent advice on places to visit and helped arrange trips for me. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience.
