We stayed at a boutique hotel in the old quarter of Vietnam for our cruise in Halong Bay. the staff at Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa were exceptional and made us feel so welcome. the hotel itself has a cozy and high standard feel to it, with stylish decor and furnishings. Its location is perfect as everything is within walking distance, including the lake and great restaurants. the breakfast selection was delicious, and the service from the staff was top-notch. We will definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Vietnam. Special thanks to Steve, Lily, and Alex for their hospitality.

Despite being inside the old quarter, it was a bit distant from the heart of all the hustle bustle, so we still could get a good night's rest. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The night market and Dong Xuan day market are just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for shopping. Additionally, the hotel is right in the city centre, ensuring easy access to various attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good with a variety of options. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies change towels daily.
