I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to all the main attractions. I was able to walk to all the areas and tourist sights, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also situated across from a beautiful park and close to a market, with plenty of hotels, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Being in district 1, it was the perfect location for immersing myself in the lively atmosphere of the city.

It would be great if the hotel could improve in a few areas, such as providing hotter water supply and addressing any noise issues between the rooms. However, despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, as it truly offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

I recently stayed at a hotel in HCMC and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Eden Star Saigon were exceptional and provided excellent service. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were perfect after a day of exploring the city. The room was spacious and had a jacuzzi bath, which was a great touch. The hotel is located in a prime area with plenty of good restaurants and street food options nearby. I highly recommend Eden Star Saigon for its great price, exceptional staff, and convenient location.

The location of the hotel is perfect for low-budget travelers. It is within walking distance to many popular attractions such as Ben Thanh market, Saigon square, and the war museum. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The reception staff is friendly and the breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The hotel provides excellent services and the environment feels like a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most of the places of interest in the city. It is close to all local attractions and near the very center of Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and nice views of the city at night. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes, catering to different tastes.

The pool area is relatively small in size.

Great start of the year in Vietnam! We enjoyed the hotel’s New Year’s Eve party and the complimentary drinks and snacks they offered in the lobby on New Year’s Day. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the nearby markets and museums. We also appreciated the rooftop pool, and the happy hour that made the experience even better.

The restaurant menu was limited and expensive, so we opted to eat outside for most meals. while the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the room clean and tidy, the front desk staff was not consistently helpful or friendly.

Excellent guest service, prime location, modern and lovely rooms, refreshing pool, delightful breakfast, incredible value for money! We received a complimentary room upgrade. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel!

This place is in a great area to get around. It's located in a fairly quiet area, but still near the very center of the city. The service here is top-notch, with staff who gave really fantastic service. They are there to greet you on entry and exceed in service. The facilities are also great, with a leisure swimming pool, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast that is delicious and varied.

This place is excellent! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. It's so easy and cheap to get around since everything is within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing - there are plenty of sun loungers, which is not always the case at other hotels. The street it's located on is not as chaotic as the main streets, so it's a nice and peaceful place to relax. The staff here are so accommodating and attentive to every request. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it's the best I've ever had at a hotel, with such a wide range of delicious food. Can't recommend this place enough!

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the plentiful breakfast choices with various vegetarian options. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating, and the dining room service staff were attentive to our dietary needs.

our recent stay in saigon was made extra special by the friendly and helpful staff at edenstar. the parking facilities were spacious and secure, which was a great convenience. the excellent location, amazing rooftop view, and spacious bedrooms added to our overall enjoyment. the breakfast selection was one of the best we had in vietnam, with so much choice!

towel mix-up was off
