During my New Year's stay, I really enjoyed the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff. They were always available to help me out with any problem that I had. the hotel's location was superb, as I was able to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the bustling market that was in the vicinity. the room was spacious and clean, and had a cozy and comfortable vibe that made me feel right at home.

the hotel's front desk team seemed to be reluctant to take care of requests. I was not provided with enough drinking water which didn't make sense as most hotels provide an adequate supply.

Great location for air departure. One specific situation that happened to me during my stay at Emerald Central was that the entrance to the hotel was locked after 22:00. Unfortunately, the staff did not inform me about this, so I stood in front of the hotel and didn't know what to do. However, once I found out that I needed to wake up a guard to enter the hotel, they were quite helpful and allowed me in. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel was brand new and the bed was clean. The surrounding area was also quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. Additionally, I appreciated the bathroom supplies provided, such as toothbrush, shampoo, soap. The hotel also uses keycards instead of actual keys, which was convenient as I could have two keycards at one time. I would recommend this hotel for its great location near the airport and the value it offers.
