We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, including the room service which was prompt and delicious. We also loved the clean and well-maintained rooms with amazing soundproofing that made for a peaceful stay. The shuttle service was a convenient bonus, and the free toiletries were a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Hai Ba Trung District, making it easy to explore nearby sites of interest. There are plenty of interesting areas to walk around and discover, and you're just a short distance away from restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast offers a good selection of food, and there are facilities available to enhance your stay.

Some fittings in the rooms may be a bit tired, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Enjoyed our stay at a better than expected hotel in the middle of Hanoi. On a quiet side street making sleep easy, yet close to good eateries, walking distance to many sites including the lake in the middle of the city, as well as shopping areas. Although a bit far to walk to the old district, but taxi's are cheap.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with big windows. Great location near main areas and amenities. Friendly, young staff provided helpful recommendations. Tastey, buffet-style meals were more than adequate. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere after busy days.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was very satisfying and free drinks were offered during the New Year's Eve party. the location was perfect for exploring the city and for attending the celebrations. the staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room was far too noisy. We could hear the traffic and parties in the street most of the night.
