The hospitality was exceptional, Mr. Elias and his team took great care of us. The villa was amazing, with delicious food options. The surroundings offered an interesting bicycle tour. The staff was helpful and the resort had lovely rooms, gardens and pool areas. A calming place to relax and unwind.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the location of this resort, nestled in beautiful nature. The surrounding area offers plenty of attractions to explore, such as Mua Cave, Van Long Swamp Land, and Tam Coc. The resort also boasts an Organic restaurant, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. I was impressed with the room, it was spacious with a lovely balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The resort also has a stunning outdoor swimming pool and picturesque grounds.

The customer service at the resort was lacking. The staff seemed untrained and uninterested in making guests feel comfortable.

Gorgeous design, amazing landscaping. Peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of the mountains. Great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, with a pool for each cluster. Spa and massage services were fantastic. Lovely gardens added to the charm.

This was a wonderful weekend getaway. The facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the two pools and gym. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the spa services were a great addition to our relaxing weekend.

We were disappointed that the main restaurant was closed for maintenance during our stay. the prices for food and drinks were exorbitant compared to nearby establishments.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities such as a serene outdoor swimming pool and an exceptional spa & wellness centre that exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Our spacious room had vast windows and a private patio, ideal for enjoying the hotel's beautiful garden area. We were impressed by the entertainment options, such as karaoke and a leisure/TV room, that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in the restaurant menu. Additionally, the in-room breakfast could have been more diverse and innovative.
