We stayed at a hotel during Christmas that offered a good breakfast. The hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to tourist attractions. the staff provided excellent customer service, always greeting us with big smiles.

Our room was not what we had booked. When we complained, the receptionist quoted an extra fee to switch rooms.
