The Emperor Cruise Ha Long exceeded our expectations. Breathtaking bay views, magical wake-ups, and large windows. Perfect daily service from friendly staff, especially John & Chris. Delicious food, don't miss the steak au poivre. Plenty of activities and relaxation options. The privacy was a major highlight.

We had an exceptional experience on our stay at Emperor Cruises Legacy. The exclusive and intimate atmosphere with only eight people on board was a highlight of our trip. The rooms were stunning, with breathtaking views and a jacuzzi that added to the already amazing scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay. The staff surprised us with decorations and cakes for our anniversary, making it a truly special celebration.

During my Christmas stay, the two things that impressed me the most were breathtaking views and the exceptional customer service. the location was perfect, providing easy access to some of the most beautiful spots in the area. the customer service was top-notch, making me feel extra special and valued as a guest. Lastly, the food was great, with a wide variety of options available to suit different tastes.

The floors and surfaces were not properly cleaned, and there were signs of dust and dirt in multiple areas. the bathroom did not meet my expectations, as there were stains on the tiles and some amenities were missing.

We had an amazing time on our one-night cruise in the bay. The boat and rooms were nice, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The activities were enjoyable and well-planned, with kayaking and a visit to a fishing village. The food was sublime, especially the lunch. We loved the exclusive experience with only 8 people on board, and the jacuzzi added a special touch to the already breathtaking views of Bai Tu Long Bay.

The pre-boarding experience could have been better with a more organized briefing and less wait time.
