I recently stayed at a resort in Phu Quoc and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the private beach, which was clean and inviting. Additionally, there were two excellent restaurants nearby, making it convenient to enjoy delicious meals. The airport was also conveniently located, allowing for easy transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with helpful and friendly employees. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the facilities and room advantages made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the resort had many positive aspects, there was a minor issue with the landscaping that could be improved.

We had an amazing time at this place. The location on the beach was perfect, with plenty of loungers available in beautiful gardens with their own beach. It was so convenient being just in front of the sea. The service was exceptional, with room service available 24/7 and a helpful staff from every staff member, whether it was at the reception desk or the travel desk. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. And the beach access was a bonus, with opportunities for snorkeling and diving. we were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of services provided here.

Excellent service, from pick-up to check-in. Spacious cottages with convenient amenities. Enjoyable pool-side breakfast with a variety of dishes. Friendly and attentive staff. Beach offers various relaxation options. Close proximity to the city with easy motorbike rental support.

The resort was fantastic - spacious, clean rooms, beautiful beach, helpful staff, comfortable bed, great bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the sea with beautiful gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even upgraded our rooms as a courtesy and gave us a printed picture as a memento. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and beach access. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony offering a great view. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the complimentary yoga classes. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The only thing we would mention is that some areas of the hotel could benefit from updating. However, this did not impact our overall experience.

Spent my Easter vacation at a resort and it was amazing! the breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of options to choose from including eggs and fresh fruits. the private beach was stunning and the water was crystal clear. the location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants without being right in the middle of everything. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs.

The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. the trash was not always emptied and the towels were not always replaced.
