We had a spacious room with two queen beds, perfect for three people. The receptionist, who spoke fluent English, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our early check-in request was granted without any hassle. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of chairs, tables, and a wardrobe in the room. The location was great, right in the heart of the city with easy access to clubs, restaurants, and attractions. Special mention to Miss Lucy, the friendly and polite staff member who made our stay even better with her excellent service.

The hotel was located in downtown near Bui Vien Walking Street, perfect for those who enjoy clubbing at night. There were also many restaurants nearby to choose from. I highly recommend Felix Hotel and would definitely book here again on my next visit.

We had a great stay at Felix Hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the popular tourist areas. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, even assisting with a translation query. The room was comfortable, though not as nicely furnished as the photos suggested. It was easy to find the hotel from the main road due to clear signage. A pleasant surprise was the free water bottle fill, a nice touch that added value to our stay. The wifi had decent speed, around 25Mbps. We highly recommend this hotel and would book again in the future.
