The hotel's central location was perfect, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great value for the money. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay in Hanoi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the lively Old Quarter. The location was perfect, just round the corner from the buzzing streets and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. It was great for getting around and exploring the city, with lots of excellent options for street food nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing useful information about the locality and even arranging trips to Halong Bay. The rooms were as shown on the website - large, comfortable, and with attention to detail. The breakfast included was delicious, especially the pho which was prepared fresh.

The hotel is located near the center of the old quarter, making it easy to reach by local coach from the airport. The rooms are well equipped, air-conditioned, and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of fruit. Additionally, the hotel offers a laundry service at a reasonable price.

Although minor, the lack of hot water was a small inconvenience. some of the taxi drivers did not know the exact location of the hotel, but the staff were always available to give directions.
