This hotel is conveniently located on the river with amazing views on both sides. It is in a quite noisy residential district between the two bridges. The rooms are clean and spacious with work areas and sitting areas as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they even helped us schedule a day tour and provided bicycles to use. The breakfast offers a wide selection of food. a great place to stay with excellent views and top-notch service.

The hotel has a brand new, clean, and shiny atmosphere. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the rooms have good air conditioning and spacious showers. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop bar and spa salon with great views over the river and city. The breakfast offers a large selection of hot and cold food, including both Asian and Western dishes. it is a safe and friendly place with taxis readily available.

During xmas, we were impressed by the complimentary xmas cookie and hot chocolate offered at check-in. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby attractions. the hotel had a great location - easy access to the beach and walking distance to popular tourist sites. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the beds were very comfortable.

Our experience was ruined by the noise level of the hotel. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and the adjacent rooms.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the omelet and Pho stations were a great addition. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of the Grabcar app for affordable transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb views, great breakfast, and excellent service.
