I had a wonderful time during my stay at Fivitel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a great variety of options, including delicious vegan food made fresh from the kitchen. The staff, especially Lucy and Lotus, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to a beautiful nearby beach, which was much better than the small and neglected beach closer to the hotel. I highly recommend Fivitel for its amazing staff, great breakfast, and value for money.

We really loved how close this place is to the beach. It's just across the road and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. The staff here were really helpful and attentive, although sometimes we wished we were invisible. The rooms were big, lovely, and very clean. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the beach and the town, which was really convenient. The location of this hotel outside of the city center made it peaceful and away from all the chaos. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location near both Cua Dei beach and An Bang beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The hotel also provided complimentary bicycles, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the rooftop infinity pool offered stunning views and a luxurious atmosphere. Fivitel Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

beach experience not as advertised

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from a stunning, secluded beach where you can unwind and soak up the sun. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Plus, the delicious breakfast options offer a great start to your day.

It would have been better if the hotel provided lunch and dinner options for convenience.

The pool was cool, and we enjoyed swimming there. the room was comfortable and clean, with good breakfast options.

The hotel was quite far from the center of the town, which was inconvenient. Although they provided a shuttle service, the bikes were very old and uncomfortable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel also had a pool with a lovely view, a gym, and free bicycles and beach towels available for use. The nearby local restaurants and MATE pub offered delicious seafood options.
