our recent family holiday in ha long was truly exceptional. flc halong bay exceeded all expectations with stunning views, spacious rooms, and exceptional staff.

pool area needs improvement.

We were impressed with the facilities at Flc Halong Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort. The view from our room was perfect, and the spa facilities were amazing. The breakfast at the executive lounge was delightful, with a beautiful view and excellent service. The staff, especially Cheryl from the front office and the doorman Hon or Huy, were helpful and professional. One of the highlights was when my sister fell ill, and the hotel promptly sent a nurse and duty manager to our room to check on her and provide extra care. The swimming pool was also very enjoyable.

While there were some minor drawbacks, such as room service needing improvement and the occasional smell issue, overall our experience at Flc Halong Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort was great. The receptionist provided inaccurate information about the availability of a free bus to the airport, causing some inconvenience.

I keep coming back for the helpful staff who found my lost earring. the resort suits me perfectly with everything I need, including free Wi-Fi, fitness center, spa, kids' club. It's my go-to for a romantic escape.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. the service was exceptional, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic and we enjoyed a full body massage that left us feeling relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool was great and the sun loungers were comfortable.

The karaoke at the bar was loud and could be heard from our room, it was sometimes disruptive. we had an amazing stay at this hotel.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the facilities were impressive. the outdoor pool had stunning views of the bay and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food.

We did have some issues with communication, as some of the staff struggled with English.

Impressed with Cheryl from FO, amazing staff like doorman Hon, great facilities especially Spa. Highlights: FO sent nurse and Duty Manager when sister got sick, anticipatory service provided. Breakfast in Executive Lounge, efforts made to make stay comfortable. Given another room when loud family nearby. Opportunity to play golf despite course closure. Satisfactory food, lovely experience at spa. Perfect view from room. Professional and polite staff, even housekeeping.
