During my New Year stay, I found the hotel to be clean and modern with a friendly staff that offered great service. the breakfast provided a good selection of food choices, and I appreciated the convenient location close to local attractions. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby restaurants and shops.

My stay was marred by a few negative experiences. the first was the slow check-in process, which included a long wait in the lobby.

Located at the very center of the city, within the crowded area of the Old Quarter, we found it extremely convenient to explore the various attractions nearby. Within walking distance, we discovered vibrant markets and shops that offered a unique shopping experience. The staff provided exceptional service, making sure our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry services, which enhanced our comfort and convenience during our stay. The room itself was well-appointed, with modern amenities including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a hairdryer, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
