impeccable cleanliness and great location near the smoke alarm maker. got local tips from staff. the restaurant manager made sure our dietary needs were met and the staff went out of their way to help with taxi arrangements.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from the beach and near the city center. Guests mentioned that it is on the beach and you just need to cross a street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of options and even an espresso bar. The ocean view from the rooms is breathtaking.

There were a few shortcomings during the stay, such as some issues with the shower temperature and some guests mentioned that the top showerhead did not work properly.

The breakfast had a variety of tasty options and the coffee was excellent. the hotel was in a convenient location, close to the beach and some local food places. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed unmotivated to resolve issues. We had to wait until 5 PM to have our room cleaned and the beds were too small for more than one person.

The rooftop restaurant offers fantastic vegetarian and vegan options with a stunning view. The breakfast buffet provides a rich selection of Vietnamese and European vegetarian and vegan dishes. The barrista bar serves delicious coffee specialities.

Great location near My Khe beach with seafood restaurants, amazing spa with spectacular view, courteous staff, satisfactory food cost and taste, clean room with ocean view.

All was good.

I had a luxurious stay here. the exclusive amenities were just what I needed to feel pampered and relaxed. the service was impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a steam room and full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. Outdoor swimming pool and Sun terrace allowed me to enjoy the beautiful weather.

The only minor issue I had was with the Beach access. Although the hotel is located on the beachfront, it was a bit of a walk to get there.
