the staff at Galliot Hotel couldn't do enough for me - they were all so helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a spacious room with a balcony without even asking. the front desk staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. the rooms were clean, well-laid out, and of a good size. the hotel had great facilities, and I particularly enjoyed the fantastic cocktails on the second floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.

Our stay at Galliot was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the amazing Lanterns restaurant. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in the centre of Nha Trang and just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. The hotel really exceeded our expectations.

The only minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which occasionally disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. We were able to check in early and were even upgraded to a better room. The staff went above and beyond in their service, especially Linh at reception. The breakfast buffet was good and we were able to take some with us when we left. The staff arranged a cheap car transfer to the train station for us. a great hotel with helpful staff.

Great location near shops, restaurants, and spas. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast with made-to-order eggs and pho. Towel take out service and money exchange available. Daily water bottle provided. a good value for the money.

The fitness center was not up to standard. the gym equipment was old and in poor condition, not worth advertising as a fitness center.

The rooftop swimming pool is the perfect spot for me to sunbathe and pretend I'm a celebrity. The shuttle service to the port was so convenient, I felt like a VIP. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver when I needed my ironing done at 3am.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Vietnamese and Western foods to choose from. the view from the room window was gorgeous, especially at night. the rooftop pool was a great feature with a stunning view of the city. we enjoyed the atmosphere and had a fantastic deal on our room.
