Gem Riverside Hotel exceeded my expectations! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. Our spacious room had a luxurious bathroom and a lovely pool view. the pool was well maintained, and fresh towels were provided daily. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety. the staff were incredibly welcoming and even helped us arrange transportation.

The fact we had to leave! No complaints at all.

The room was fantastic, spotless and had a great balcony with a view of the pool. Staff were top-notch, always willing to help me out and even sorted my tours and transfers - super convenient! the only bummer was having to check out - wish I could have stayed longer! Can't wait to come back next time I'm in Hoi An! 🌴

Recently stayed at Gem Riverside Hotel for a leisure trip, and it was fantastic. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the staff went above and beyond, arranging tours and being very welcoming. Delicious breakfast with a convenient location close to town. the pool was large and well-maintained, offering a great spot to unwind. Looking forward to returning on my next visit.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk into town with free bikes. The staff exceeded expectations, arranging our airport transfer and always helpful. Our room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. Gorgeous pool view from the balcony. Daily room service, fresh towels, and free water.

Had a fab time soaking in the pool view from my room’s balcony. Loved the spacious bathroom, but the cold bath-tube was a surprise! the staff were top-notch, going all out to ensure I had a smooth stay. the family room was a steal for the price, and those free push-bikes were a hit! Can’t wait to return and chat with the lovely team again. Cheers from a Vietnamese foodie craving some banh mi!
