The customer service at Genesis Luxury Regal Cruises was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even organizing a birthday cake for me. The cabins were comfortable and felt like hotel rooms. The food was delicious and there were plenty of fun activities. The small group on the boat made it feel private. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

The oyster farm stop was fascinating, offering a chance to buy locally produced goods. The crew warmly greeted us upon arrival, and staff members knew and greeted us by name throughout our stay. The cabins were beautiful with comfortable beds, freestanding clawfoot baths, and private balconies. We loved the variety of activities available, such as sea kayaking, cycling on Cat Ba Island, and visiting a floating village. The ship was modern and not overcrowded, and the food exceeded our expectations.

This hotel has a luxurious and elegant Spa & wellness centre, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with stunning views of the sea. The restaurant offers delicious and exclusive menus for all tastes, and the bar/lounge area is great for relaxing with a refreshing drink. The rooms are spacious and come with private facilities and exclusive amenities.

Although the service is impeccable and the location provides great beach access, we found the live entertainment lacking and did not provide much engagement for the guests. The only minor issue we experienced was that drinks were not included and were quite expensive.

The location of the floating villages was amazing, with stunning views of Ha Long Bay. The rooms were incredible, with wide windows overlooking the beauty of the limestone mountains. The staff provided excellent service, catering to all our needs, and the breakfast and meals were delicious. The brand new cruise ship was extremely clean and had a very pleasant atmosphere.

The shuttle boat ride to the cruise ship took a bit longer than expected and had a strong gas smell, which was a minor inconvenience.

The holiday was exceptional, the staff couldn't do enough for us, and their service was faultless. We were pleasantly surprised to find two complementary facts provided, which was a definite bonus. The location was perfect, providing a breathtaking view which we enjoyed immensely. Best aspects for us were the variety of activities that kept us very interested and engaged.

The internet connection was nonexistent which was a bit of a letdown. , we had issues with card payment which was inconvenient.
