The hotel had big, clean rooms and the location was excellent. I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, as it gave me plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. the location of the hotel was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy for me to explore the area without having to travel far. This was a major plus for me as it saved me time and allowed me to make the most of my stay.

The service at the hotel was lacking, especially in terms of room service. Despite being repeatedly told to ask for new towels or toilet paper if needed, it would have been much more convenient if they were automatically provided.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the center and near to bars and restaurants. It is also conveniently close to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. there is a cheap Vietnam restaurant right next door, perfect for budget travelers. The staff is helpful and very friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Communication can be a challenge, as not all staff members have a good command of English.

The Gold Plus Hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious with 2 comfortable double beds and a great view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even providing bikes for us to explore the national park. The location was perfect, right by the bus stop and on the main street with plenty of food and bars nearby. While there was no pool at the hotel, we had unlimited access to a nearby hostel's pool for a small fee. a great experience at the Gold Plus Hotel.

Clean, beautiful. Spacious rooms like a 3-star. Convenient location near bus station, restaurants, and bars. Friendly staff helped arrange trips. Interesting experiences exploring natural caves. High recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, always available to assist us with any questions or requests. They even organized a taxi for us and provided us with snacks for our journey. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was super clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of town, within walking distance to cheap Vietnam restaurants, bars, and other amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. We also loved the fact that they provided us with large bottles of water when we left. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, helpful staff, convenient location, and great facilities.
