The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel incredibly welcome and even remembering your name. The hotel's cooking class is well-priced and lots of fun. The location is easy to walk or bike ride around, away from the busiest parts of town for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast is tasty with a good selection of fruit and great coffee. The staff's professionalism and excellent English communication were truly impressive. They go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, from organizing tours and transfers to resolving any issues promptly. The hotel also offers free bikes and a relaxing in-house massage. this hotel is mind-blowing and the perfect choice for an unforgettable stay in Hoi An.

The "charming" view from my room was just a bunch of construction workers blocking my balcony.

During our stay at Golden Bell Backpacker Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the incredible value we received. The room was classy and modern, with a comfortable bed and a mini bar stocked with snacks. We also loved the fact that the staff offered free bicycles, making it convenient for us to explore the nearby center of Hoi An. The location was walkable to the center, but having the bicycles made all the difference.

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the free bike rental and the affordable drinks in the room's bar fridge. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with tours and transfers. The rooms and all areas were clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

The rooms are lovely, the bed is super comfortable, and everything is very clean. Amenities are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hostel in Vietnam and had an incredible experience. the staff here, especially the girls, were the friendliest and most helpful we encountered during our trip. They knew our names and enthusiastically assisted us in organizing all of our activities in Hoi An, from cycling around town to taking a tour to My Son. the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept on in Southeast Asia. the hostel even provided bicycles, allowing us to reach the main town in just 5 minutes. a fantastic stay at Golden Bell Backpacker Hotel & Pool Bar.

I recently stayed at Golden Bell Backpacker Hotel in Hoi An for a week. The staff, including Thao, Kieu, and Hieu, were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel itself was new and beautiful, with well-decorated rooms featuring lovely artwork. The bathroom was stunning, with marble and two showers plus a tub. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff, particularly Ly, Hien, and Thanh, were the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered in Vietnam. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. We got great value for our money with a spacious and spotless room, complete with a balcony and a beautiful bath. The location was ideal - just a short walk to the old town and main tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and definitely the best value we found in Vietnam. The location was great, within easy walking distance of the old town, and they even offered free bike rentals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed and even recommending the best places to eat and visit in the area.
