This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to visit many attractions and go around the old quarter. I was able to walk to Ta Hien and enjoy a fun evening of drinking beer and chatting with locals and tourists from all over the world. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet, and I was more than satisfied with my bed. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The food options at the hotel are also great, with a variety of choices from Western to traditional Vietnamese dishes.

During my stay at the Golden Cyclo Hotel, I had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. They were always willing to help, from assisting with currency exchange to accommodating my requests for storing luggage. I even had the opportunity to freshen up in a complimentary room before heading to Sapa. The level of service provided was truly exceptional.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the original room facing a primary school. The loudspeaker announcements in the morning were quite loud, but the hotel promptly addressed the issue and provided me with an alternative room.
