This hotel has an excellent location right in the center of the Old Quarter, making it convenient to walk to most sites. The staff are super friendly and provide great service, attending to basic amenities and keeping the rooms very clean with comfy beds and good hot water. A la carte breakfast with fresh food and a fantastic view is also offered, with all meals cooked individually.

The breakfast spread is amazing, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

I had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Hanoi. The hotel's location in the heart of the old quarter was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I especially loved the small smart TV in my room. Despite a leaky showerhead, everything else about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated on a quiet side street on the edge of the old town. This allows for a peaceful stay away from the noise of honking scooters, while still being within walking distance to the bustling Hoan Kiem lake. It's a perfect base to explore the vibrant city, with easy access to all the attractions.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. They provided a pick-up service from the airport and helped plan activities such as a food tour and a trip to Ha Long Bay. The location of the hotel in the Old Quarter was convenient and vibrant. The breakfast served on the top floor was great, and the staff really made the stay enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a great spa right across the hotel for some relaxation after a long day of exploring.

housekeeping was not consistent and could have been improved. However, the staff's friendliness and the overall cleanliness of the rooms made up for these minor inconveniences.

The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore Hanoi on foot. Plenty of great cafes nearby. Staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. Interconnecting rooms were comfortable and clean. Windows were well-sealed, minimizing street noise.

My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape. We particularly liked the free WiFi and the complementary tea and coffee in the room. the hotel was located in a great area near plenty of restaurants and shopping options. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and linens that allowed us to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast wasn't as appetizing as we had hoped and the staff struggled with their English. We found it a bit difficult to communicate with them at times.
