The hotel was super clean with attractive decor, accommodating staff, and a great rooftop pool. The breakfast spread had a variety of local and international food. The location was perfect for walking to nearby sights. The staff went above and beyond, even getting Panadol for me when I was sick.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with gorgeous beds that ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location near lake and old city. Helpful and friendly staff. Loved the rooms, size and decor. Annie at reception was fantastic. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. Convenient access to nearby facilities.

The room was also cleaned daily, which was convenient as I didn't have to worry about it. the hotel was located in a central area which made it easy to get around to different areas of the city.

It was much smaller than what I expected and quite cramped. the hotel was located in an area that was quite loud – even during the holiday season.
