I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a fantastic deal! The room was spacious, clean. The hotel's location was spot on, close to the lake and all the action in the Old Quarter. The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast experience could have been better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. This place is perfectly located on a bustling street, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and quality services provided here. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a bath and free WiFi. The staff were incredibly accommodating and prompt in resolving any issues. I was particularly impressed when the toilet in my room stopped working, and they immediately fixed it.

Highly recommended staying here, shops all around, 3 minutes walk to lake.

As young people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool were the perfect spots to relax and enjoy the city views. The hotel also offered fun cooking classes and organized bike tours.

This hotel is in a great location, close to St Joseph's Cathedral and within walking distance of Hanoi's old quarter. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a nice en-suite bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing tips on where to eat and how to make the most of our time in the city. The hotel also offers a cooking class, which is highly recommended.

The only minor downside was the lack of Western-style food options for breakfast.

We recently stayed in a hotel in central Hanoi. It was a great choice for our city break. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the free breakfast and complimentary drinks in the bar. the hotel was also in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions.

We gave our laundry to the hotel to clean, but unfortunately, it was lost. Despite that one hiccup, overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi.

The hotel is in a prime location near the lake in Old Town, allowing for easy access to the main areas in Hanoi. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms and cleanliness. The room was also soundproofed, providing a peaceful stay despite the noisy surroundings.

The Wi-Fi in our room was not very steady on the 3rd floor.

The hotel was centrally located, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. They were also very helpful, especially in arranging tours and providing recommendations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and they even prepared a to-go box for me when I had to leave early in the morning.

There were some areas that could use improvement. The hotel could benefit from some renovations as there were signs of wear and tear, such as worn carpets and pillows that needed replacing.
