I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of old town. The location was perfect, in the heart of the shopping district and close to the old quarter. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the city view.

The room did not have a window to the outside, which was a bit disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly service at Golden Silk Boutique. The staff, especially Jackie Nguyen, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The comfortable bed and effective air conditioning made for a relaxing night's sleep, and the breakfast was satisfying. The central location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. a great stay!

The room amenities are excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the soundproofed rooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff here provide excellent service and the facilities are outstanding.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent location near a beautiful lake with plenty of food options and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Comfortable room with a spacious balcony and inspiring views. Delicious breakfast included. Will definitely consider returning for another staycation.

Great location, in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring and enjoying a romantic escape. the staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, and the room amenities are impressive. the bed was large and very comfortable; the bathroom was sparkly clean with some lovely toiletries. the rooftop has an incredible view with cozy seating arrangements and a bar.

The noise level was high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the street sounds were quite loud even at night, and there wasn't any secondary glazing or solutions offered for that.

golden silk boutique exceeded my expectations in hanoi. such a delightful date night, from the amazing staff to the gorgeous room and delicious breakfast. top-notch hospitality, will definitely return!
