Stayed at Cozy for 4 nights while exploring the city. Great location, just a short walk to main areas. Staff were friendly and always with a smile. WiFi worked well and the breakfast was enjoyable. Comfy, spacious room with a powerful shower. a wonderful stay with helpful staff and good amenities.

Helpful and friendly staff who assisted with motorbike hire and contacting other places. Convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to the night market and walking street. Several restaurants, travel agencies, and bus companies nearby. Close proximity to the Citadel. Manager offered good prices for motorcycle rental and helped book a bus. Simple but good breakfast. The owner and staff are super nice, with one staff member who speaks good English and is very helpful. Owner offered a great deal on motorbike rental and shuttle bus to Hoi An.

I had a great stay at a cheap hotel with a comfy mattress. the location was perfect, with plenty of meal options, including street food, nearby. the front desk offered reasonably priced tours, which I really enjoyed. the breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette with baguette and banana pancakes. the staff were friendly and helpful with everything I needed. the room size was good and the toilet was clean. They even allowed us to check in early without any extra cost.

On our second night, we were pleasantly surprised when we were moved to a much nicer room with a large balcony and a big window. the location is central yet quiet, and there are several travel agencies and restaurants nearby. a comfortable stay with good amenities.
