Our stay at Graffiti House was incredible. The location on Hanoi's paintshop street was quirky and charming. The room, although narrow, felt spacious and was reminiscent of traditional Vietnamese houses. The modern bathroom with a hot shower was a treat. The bed was super comfortable and we even had a small lounge area with a sofa to relax. The rooftop seating area with a kitchen was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and sleep before we went to get cash. excellent service and a great escape from the bustling streets of Hanoi old town.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the center and within walking distance to Ngoc Son temple and everything else in Old Town. The staff was polite and always eager to help, providing us with route information and fulfilling our requests. The rooms were clean and had good AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the nice balcony with tables and chairs, which was a great place to relax. we had a fantastic experience with this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, right in the center of the Old Quarter, making it convenient to explore everything. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was nicely decorated with unique graffiti art. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any concerns or questions I had. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a small kitchen and seating area on the roof, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the cozy and clean rooms. They provided us with towels, soap, a hairdryer, hot water, and reliable wifi. the rooms were also soundproof, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from the bustling street outside. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near the St Joseph Cathedral, and we were able to find great food and explore the area easily.

One aspect that I found inconvenient was the absence of an elevator in the hotel. Since the rooms were located on the fourth floor and above, it was quite tiring to climb the stairs, especially after a day of hiking.

Additionally, there was a street vendor right outside the hotel for those who wanted to experience local food.

One downside of this hotel was the lack of an elevator. With rooms located on the fourth floor and above, it could be quite tiring to climb up the stairs, especially after a long day of exploring.
