The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and sleep before we went to get cash. excellent service and a great escape from the bustling streets of Hanoi old town.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the cozy and clean rooms. They provided us with towels, soap, a hairdryer, hot water, and reliable wifi. the rooms were also soundproof, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from the bustling street outside. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near the St Joseph Cathedral, and we were able to find great food and explore the area easily.

One aspect that I found inconvenient was the absence of an elevator in the hotel. Since the rooms were located on the fourth floor and above, it was quite tiring to climb the stairs, especially after a day of hiking.
