I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and bright, with large windows and a balcony that offered a beautiful view. This hotel exceeded my expectations! the warm welcome letter on my bed was a lovely touch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic - close to all the major tourist attractions and easy to navigate. the room was comfortable and clean, with all amenities provided. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide range of options to suit all preferences. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The information booklet in the room was outdated and had incorrect information regarding room service and dining options. the reception was unstaffed at times when I needed to ask for assistance.
