The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly, offering me a cool fruit juice upon arrival. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city, with a glimpse of the sea. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, sofa, working desk, and minibar. The bathroom had a strong water pressure in the shower, which I really liked. The hotel also had a restaurant on the 12th floor with a panoramic view of the city and the Son Tra mountain. I had breakfast and dinner there, and the pho was my favorite. The rooftop pool was amazing, especially during sunset when I could enjoy a cocktail while taking in the view.

The accommodation was somewhat damp, which I suspect was due to the location. Some of the staff were very nice, but there were others who seemed more interested in selling.

I spent my Xmas break at a fantastic hotel with great complementary drinks and snacks. The location was perfect since it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the view from the roof bar and pool was breathtaking! the staff were very hospitable, and they made my stay even more enjoyable.

That the room was not well organized, and there wasn't enough space to put away my clothes. However, this didn't affect my overall experience at the hotel.
