Location: far from city center. Bikes had issues.

The staff, especially Kathy and Jay, went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect visit. the room was beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with a comfy bed and a great shower. the complimentary bike rentals allowed us to explore the nearby rice paddies easily. the spa staff, particularly Sam, Tina, and Phuong, provided the best massages, adding to our relaxation.

However, the design of the bathroom and the high cost of the laundry service could be improved for a more perfect stay.
