The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. It is also situated in the bustling Old Quarter, offering a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of local shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with excellent showers and luxurious bathtubs. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, guests can enjoy stunning city views from selected rooms.

Some minor cosmetic issues were reported in a few rooms, such as stains on the carpet and peeling walls or doors.

The bed at Grand Vista was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful with everything I needed. The sauna facilities were a wonderful bonus. The hotel's location near great eating joints added to the overall experience.

The free tea and upgrade to a nicer room were lovely touches upon arrival. the breakfast buffet was ample and satisfying. Good thing it was within walking distance to the city centre and had a variety of restaurants nearby. the room's decor was charming and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a much needed rest after travelling.

It took longer than necessary to obtain some simple requests, such as an iron from housekeeping. some employees had trouble understanding English, which made it challenging to communicate.

Upon arrival, I was impressed by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. The room was equipped with high-end furniture and exclusive facilities, like a private steam room, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the spa lounge was a relaxing retreat. I was able to get a good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bedding.

There was only one minor issue during my stay at this hotel. It was difficult to find transportation during rush hours, which caused some inconvenience.
