Recently stayed at the Green Apple Hotel for a week-long vacation. The service was outstanding - Lynne at the front desk was always happy to see us and remember our names. All staff were warm and welcoming, even the room cleaners greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was top-notch, with the kids eagerly waking up early to enjoy it. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the reasonably priced restaurant had great quality food. it was the highlight of our holiday as far as hotels go.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Hoi An and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. They even remembered my name throughout my stay, adding a personal touch to the experience. The basic amenities in the room were also well-maintained and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight. Not only did it offer a wide variety of options, but the setting with its beautiful view added an extra touch of enjoyment to my mornings. I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and there is really nothing I can fault.

Free bike rentals and a shuttle to the city center were convenient perks. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities and the shower had a glass enclosure. The hotel even provided clean towels and linens. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a good-sized balcony. The pool area was clean and refreshing, perfect for cooling off. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was great, as it was away from the busy town center but still close enough to easily reach by foot or a short taxi ride. It was also super close to the ocean, where the water was warm. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all exceptional.

I stayed at a fantastic hotel in Hoi An. The location was just perfect, away from the busy town centre but still close enough to any attraction. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with any request. The breakfast had a great variety of tasty dishes. The hotel also had a lovely pool where you could relax after a day of exploring. it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel didn't provide a free shuttle service to the old town.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Green Apple. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the local area and assisting with airport transfers.
