Attentive and friendly staff! I was amazed by the level of hospitality we received. In particular, Cindy and her colleagues went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel was just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. We even extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms with good facilities, modern bathrooms with toiletries provided. Daily cleaning and towel changes, plus complimentary bottled water. Quiet and new hotel with friendly English-speaking staff. Fridge and TV with English movie channels. Outstanding staff resolved any issues promptly.

The staff were exceptional, professional, and well-trained. Private meal was top notch. Fruit and juice bar was refreshing. Convenient location near the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to take a short stroll to enjoy the sun and sand. it is in close proximity to various restaurants, allowing guests to have a wide range of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and modern, with well-maintained facilities such as air-conditioning, TV, and WiFi. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.

The hotel's free bikes for exploring may not be in the best condition, with some issues reported such as non-working gears and brakes.

Spent Christmas at a hotel close to the beach, restaurants, and minimarts. The breakfast menu had several options, which we enjoyed, and the daily room cleaning was nice. Moreover, the staff was helpful when we asked for transportation to visit tourist places. The manager even organized an event for the guests.

We had some noise interruptions from the rooms next to ours. The room was a bit old and small, and the view was not impressive. However, overall it offered excellent value for money.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is just off the main beach road and only a short, 5-minute walk to the beach. There are also good restaurants just up the road, making it very convenient for dining options. Additionally, if you enjoy walking, you can easily explore the Dragon Bridge area on foot. Alternatively, the hotel offers scooter rentals for those who prefer to venture further afield.

Everything was great and we had no complaints.
